Roy Perez is a honed leader for 21 years in a telecommunications sector, leading the enterprise group in Visayas and Mindanao and with expanded roles in the areas of consumer broadband, trade marketing, channel development and business development. He has also been a consultant for a small-scale mining business and had founded a micro-business company engaged in food trading. While working in the business world, he was at the same time busy and engaged in different church ministries, being an Execom member of Central Philippine Union Conference (CPUC) and South Philippine Union Conference (SPUC). Also, a former member of the Philippine Publishing House (PPH) Commission, and a former member of the Board of Trustees of Adventist Hospital Cebu (Miller Hospital) and Adventist International Health System - Philippines, Inc (AIHSPI). His leadership is further developed by his past involvements in Junior Chamber International Philippines and Rotary Club International, and as former President of the Adventist-laymen’s Services & Industries (ASI) in Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD) territory.  

Today, he happily serves the Lord as one of the church elders of SPUC Garden Church, Execom member of SSD ASI and the President & CEO of Adventist International Health System- Philippines, Inc (AIHSPI), the oversight body of the 10 Adventist hospitals in the Philippines. 

Roy G. Perez earned his Masters of Business Administration, in Southwestern University, Cebu City. He graduated AB Political Science, in Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), Iligan City. 

He is married to Karen Jean Cano-Perez, a successful Regional Sales Director in bank assurance business. Their union is blessed with one 1 son and 2 daughters.
