Mr. Chemuel Ursaiz Almocera started his career in the ministry in 1984 as a Cashier in Northeastern Mindanao Mission. He was then moved to Northeastern Mindanao Academy as a Treasurer and later on was moved to Southern Mindanao Mission. Last 2006, he was called to work as an Associate Treasurer in South Philippine Union Conference and after 10 years, he accepted the very crucial job of handling the Union’s treasury. 

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree at Mountain View College. 
He married the former Methyl Pilon Recentes and their union is blessed with 2 children - Loel Rey and Cheryl Lois.
