The second week of My Journey with God-season II (MJWG2) of the South Philippine Union Conference (SPUC) continues to make the listeners excited every episode and invites more friends to listen to the Good News of salvation. The journey started on October 10 to November 20, 2021, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM via Hope Channel South Philippines’  Facebook, YouTube, local TV channel, local radio stations, and also via Hope Channel’s national broadcast on GSat 37.

This week, Pastor Edwin Magdadaro, the president of Davao Mission delivered a stirring message on Repentance and Confession, Saved by Grace, The Priestly Ministry of Jesus, and the World Conditions Foretelling Christ’s Coming.  The succeeding episodes on How will Christ Return? (No secret Rapture), God’s Preview of History (Daniel 2), Who is the Antichrist (Daniel 7),  and Satan Counterfeiting Christ’s Ministry in Heaven (Daniel 8) were clearly explained by Pastor Carlito Quidet Jr., the president of the Western Mindanao Conference.

The attendance on this 2^nd week of My Journey with God increases tremendously.  98,875 attendees are added to the premiere week making it 262,614 total attendance  (62% increase).  The breakdown is as follows: 180,117 Adventist viewers/listeners, 82,497 invited friends.  There were 3,242 precious souls who accepted Jesus through baptism by the end of the week.

We are all on a journey bound for heaven. But before going there, we have a mission to do. To make disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His loving witnesses and proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel of the Three Angels’ Messages in preparation for His soon return. The servant of the Lord said, “The work of God in this earth can never be finished until the men and women comprising our church membership rally to the work and unite their effort with those of ministers and church officers” Testimonies for the Church, Volume 9, page 116.

Everyone can do something to hasten the coming of Jesus! “We have no time to lose. Invite your neighbors and friends to this journey that will change a life. Get Involved! It is a world-church evangelistic thrust.

Total Member Involvement is a full-scale, world-church evangelistic thrust that involves every member, every church, every administrative entity, every type of public outreach ministry, personal and institutional outreach.

What Can I do? Everyone can do something to hasten the coming of Jesus! “We have no time to lose. Every moment is golden.” You can:

• Pray for the advancement of the Gospel in hard-to-reach areas. Pray for fortitude on behalf of workers who are currently serving. Pray that God will show you how you can work in His vineyard.
• Support the broadcast of MJWG2 so their work can continue over the airwaves.
• Continue to invite friends and family to watch MJWG2 every night at home, church, and other venues.
• Ask for work sheets to share for participants to answer and gain more knowledge about the nightly presentations. 
• Get involved in your care group and do whatever you can to support outreach activities.
• Sign up to be a Digital Missionary Volunteer (DMV) who works to support MJWG2 broadcasts through your fingertips.
• Cultivate genuine friendships with participants and nurture them.
