In an exciting achievement for Southwestern Philippine Union Conference (SWPUC) and the field of qualitative research, Dr. Alevir Pido, the Education Director at SWPUC, has been acknowledged for his contribution to the recently released book, "Transformative Moments in Qualitative Research Method, Theory, and Reflection," compiled by lead author Anna Cohen Miller.


The Southwestern Philippine Union Conference (SWPUC) marked the dawn of the year with a heartfelt expression of thanksgiving, solemn prayers, and moments of contemplation led by its freshly elected officials and directors.


In a prime time meeting held by the South Western Philippine Union Conference (SWPUC), departmental events for the year 2024 were carefully sketched and synchronized.

Pastors from the North Central Mindanao Conference successfully completed the Spiritual Formation of Pastor Program held on November 12-14, 2023. This program, a crucial requirement for pastoral ordination, is designed to improve their spiritual lives and advance their ecclesiastical work.


The South Philippines recently celebrated the Care Group Festival on December 8-9, 2023, resulting in an incredible 6,673 baptisms as the event came to a close on Saturday.


On December 4, 2023, at Adams Seventh-day Adventist Church in Davao City, President Pr. Danielo Palomares, newly appointed to lead Southeastern Philippine Union Mission, presided over its inaugural constituency meeting alongside fellow new administrators, Executive Secretary Pr. Magdadaro, and Treasurer Lawrence Lamera.
